SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER – Campsie, NSW

Kogan People Solutions are working with our client, a well-regarded licensed car dealer specialising in the sale of used Japanese vehicles, as well as providing car rental services, based in Campsie, NSW.

With a strong focus on sustainability through their electric vehicle (EV) fleet, which constitutes more than 50% of their rental options, our client is committed to quality customer satisfaction making this successful business a trusted choice for both car sales and rentals in the Campsie area.

As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement efforts. The role is full time and ongoing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for both used vehicle sales and car rentals.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and new customer segments.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure a diverse and high-quality inventory of used Japanese vehicles.
• Promote the benefits of electric vehicles in our rental fleet to potential customers, highlighting sustainability and cost savings.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and improve performance.
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

To be successfully considered for this exciting role, you:

• Possess a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Have at least 2 to 3 years (preferably more) post-graduate experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Display a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Offer the ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Have a passion for sustainability and knowledge of electric vehicles is a plus.
• Are proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
• You must have unrestricted rights to work full time in Australia.
