Brickwood Homes is a well-established, reputable builders who specialise in custom granny flats, custom new builds, renovations, additions and extensions. With a every increasing inquiry we are currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to join the team.
You are enthusiastic, self-confident and you have a contagious drive to succeed. You're the kind of person who can influence and negotiate and can effortlessly build relationships with the people around you.
You have a proven track record in new home construction sales is desired but not mandatory. You will need exceptional customer service, self-confidence, and a willingness to succeed. Other highly regarded qualities include a strong work ethic, clear communication, and a good computer literacy level.
**The Role**
Your experience in sales and design means that you can provide clients with the ideas and help with their design needs. You are also able to develop strong relationships with your clients as a result of your skills and experience. Your skills and experience will include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the building industry
- Be pro-active in working new leads and the existing client database
- Manage your sales pipeline and identify new opportunities
- Conduct walk-throughs and home demonstrations for prospective buyers
- Lead customers through design, tendering and council approval process until contract signing
- A track record of converting sales leads into projects and driving new sales opportunities will be highly regarded but not essential. Build a profitable database of customers
- Prepare and submit client files to the construction team
**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets and metrics (3-4 sales per month)
- 2 years + sales experience in the Residential Construction industry
- Comprehensive market knowledge
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation and a customer centric manner, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Target driven with an innovation approach to generating leads and prospects
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
