**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**:

- Actively prospect and develop new client relationships while maintaining existing ones. Build a network of contacts and leverage resources to generate leads.

**Property Showings & Client Consultations**:
Conduct property showings, provide detailed information, and answer client questions regarding features, pricing, market conditions, and neighborhood details.

**Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy**:
Analyze market trends, evaluate property values, and assist clients in pricing their homes competitively.

Stay up to date with local real estate developments and market shifts. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies for property listings.

Use digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising to promote properties. Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction.

Follow up with past clients to secure future business opportunities or referrals. Adhere to local and state real estate laws and regulations.

Stay updated on industry best practices, market knowledge, and continuing education to ensure growth and development.

- **Experience: Minimum 6 months or 1 years of successful experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.**

**Licensing**:
Active real estate license in NSW.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems (e.g., PropertyMe, Eagle, Compass, etc.).
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet performance goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with luxury or high-end properties.
- Established network and client base in the area.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online property platforms.
