Casual Approx 25+ Hours based on availability Rotating Roster (Incl. Nights & Weekends)

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Hospitality experience** in a **busy, high-volume venue** (essential)
- **Coffee-making/barista skills** (preferred)
- Confidence in using **point of sale (POS) systems**:

- Strong **communication and leadership skills**:

- Ability to **work a rotating roster**, including **nights and weekends**:

- **Own reliable transport** (essential)

**Your Role Will Involve**:

- Supervising daily operations and supporting the team
- Ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Training and mentoring junior staff
- Assisting with stock control and opening/closing duties
- Being a key point of contact between staff and management

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.15 - $49.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
