We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant sales individual to join our Sales team in a fulltime **Internal Sales Manager **position who's responsible for managing of our Internal Sales team. - This role is based out of the **Sydney Branch** located in **Ingleburn. **Reporting to the Field Sales Manager **Duties & Responsibilities** - To foster a “Yes We Can” attitude in achieving internal and external customer requests to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. - Complete all reasonable tasks when required. - Manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize their potential and achieve sales objectives. - Regular call coaching and monitoring. - Liaise with key stakeholders both internal and external, on a national level. - Develop and maintain Supagas product knowledge. - Consult with Accounts Department regarding money owing/ stop supply. - Consult with Logistics and Customer Service Manager to maximize customer service. - Liaise and report on market moves and trends. - Consult with asset controller to achieve then maintain maximum bottle utilization. - Complete a monthly sales report within the required time frame. - Develop business networks and relationships with key customers, industry bodies and suppliers if relevant. - Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities. - Lead the recruitment, training, and development of the internal sales team. - Ensure all intenral BDM’s have completed their sales diary and daily sales inputs each day. - Ensure a positive and results driven working environment for the internal sales team. - Support team members with pricing enquiries and approvals. - Drive lead research and generation to provide valuable call lists for the sales team. **Skills & Experience** - Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role. - Experience in B2B solution prospecting - Experience in new business sales - Experience in managing and developing a sales team. - A proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs. - Commercial success delivering sales strategy, within a B2B setting. - The ability to establish productive, professional relationships at all levels of the business, including liaising with many departments and specialties to achieve positional objectives. - Strong negotiation skills including the ability to elicit desire results. - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Sales Driven and customer centric approach. - Intermediate computer and reporting skills. - Experience leading a diverse and high-performing sales team. **Benefits** - Job security - Ongoing support and coaching provided - Company is experiencing exponential growth, which equals opportunities - Fantastic culture Most importantly at Supagas we value attitude above all else.
