Gradi Crown Bar is looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor / Shift Leader to join our team

We're seeking a confident, hands-on bar leader who takes pride in mentoring a team, delivering excellent beverage service, and keeping service running smoothly across all shifts. This is a full-time position at our busy Crown venue, perfect for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

Required

  • Previous Bar Supervisor experience in fast-paced restaurants and cocktail bars, with the ability to lead and coach a small bar team.
  • Strong cocktail-making and coffee skills.
  • Current RSA certification.
  • Availability to work across all shifts (days, evenings, weekends and public holidays).

Salary – Full Time, Level 5 (approximately $65,000 per year).

Location – Gradi Crown Bar, Southbank.

About the Role

As Bar Supervisor, you'll take ownership of the bar during your shift, leading pre-service briefings, managing service flow, supporting training, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring the bar is presented and operated to Gradi standards.

You'll work closely with management on rostering and daily operations while creating a fun and professional service environment.
