Position Summary:

- Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
- Be a cultural innovator by providing motivation and support to our waitstaff
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel part of the global tribe

About You:

- Able to work evenings and weekends
- An up to date RSA
- Relevant experience in a managerial role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast paced environment
