About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate RN or ENto join our team  in Perth, WA. The successful candidate will deliver accredited CPR, First Aid and Med. Admin courses to public and corporate clients along with our non accredited HISS Courses. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference by empowering people with life-saving skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accredited CPR, First Aid and Med. Admin training to groups of varying sizes.
  • Deliver Non - Accredited HISS courses to groups of varying sizes.
  • Provide engaging and informative training sessions that meet regulatory standards.
  • Assess participants' performance in both theory and practical components of the course.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of first aid guidelines and industry practices.
  • Administer and manage course documentation and compliance as required.
  • Provide feedback to participants and issue certifications upon successful completion of training.

Key Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent. (Must Have Requirement)
  • Hold Current First Aid Qualifications (Preferred, Not Essential)
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering CPR and First Aid training to a diverse range of participants.
  • AHPRA Registration as an RN or EN  (Must Have Requirement)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality training.
  • An ABN and Public Liability and Indemnity Insurance. ( Must Have Requirement)

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working as a contractor.
  • Advanced First Aid or other specialist first aid qualifications.
  • Experience in corporate or workplace training delivery.
