Position: Trade Maintenance Trainer Location: High Wycombe, Perth 

Roster:Monday to Friday; unless travelling to site Employment type:Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training & assessment programs for maintenance apprentices
  • Mentor, supervise, and evaluate apprentices on job sites and in the workshop
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and HR to align training with workplace needs
  • Monitor progress, report outcomes, and continuously improve the program

What We Are Looking For

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Experience in trade/maintenance environment preferred
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work across workshop and site environments
  • Strong safety mindset, proactive approach
