    We're a leading supplier of tyres and tyre services across Australia, committed to quality products, exceptional customer service and strong local partnerships. We're expanding our National operations and need a driven Sales Manager to grow our new-tyre business.

The role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for new tyres across Whole Australia (B2B & retail).
  • Manage, coach and motivate the sales team and field reps.
  • Grow key accounts (workshops, fleets, dealers and resellers) and win new business.
  • Analyse sales performance, set targets, prepare forecasts and report to national sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics and technical teams to deliver promotions, stock availability and after-sales support.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings — frequent travel across Nation required.

Skills & experience:

  • 3–5+ years' sales experience in tyres, automotive parts, fleet management or related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets and lead a team.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence; own vehicle desirable.
  • Victoria-based or willing to relocate/travel across the state.
