About the opportunity

We have opportunities for dedicated and driven Site Supervisor to join our team working on projects across all of Melbourne due to a consistently growing pipeline of work.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager/Director, you will primarily be responsible for the safe, successful and high-quality delivery of your assigned projects, on time and on budget.

Your key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Plan and manage the overall allocation of plant, materials and human resources, to meet key project timelines for assigned projects;
  • Liaise with all subcontractors and  and ensure completed works meet the required specifications;
  • Ensure that workers adhere to Victoria Civil Group safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Participate in or conduct site audits, client meetings, sign-offs, safety inspections and other requirements, at appropriate stages for each project; and
  • Ensure project documentation and administration is completed as required.

About you

You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a civil supervisor environment in a supervisory capacity, with a focus on carparks, concrete pavment, structural concrete and bulk excavation.

You are an organised and capable people person with high professional standards and the interpersonal communication and negotiation skills and ensure works are completed the right way, first time, every time. You will be hand on tools and focused on health and safety and enjoy exceeding productivity, budget and quality targets.
