About Us:

ELT Recycling Australia Pty Ltd is a leading player in tyre recycling, committed to creating a more sustainable and circular economy. As we grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our finance team and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping.

The Role:

As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting processes, and assisting with compliance and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a purpose-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Process payroll and superannuation
  • Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG, and other statutory requirements
  • Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software Xero
  • Assist with monthly reporting and audits

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Xero, or similar accounting software
  • Understanding of Australian accounting and taxation standards
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Bookkeeping certification or diploma preferred
