We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Duty Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a Club and display a high proficiency in Gaming, Food and Beverage and Guest Relations operations.

The successful candidate must be available Monday to Sunday.

About the role

Duties when stepping up will include:

  • Supervision and co-ordination of staff, including training and mentoring
  • Monitor compliance, legal requirements and Club policies
  • Ensure high customer service standards
  • Assist in managing staff and contributing to performance reviews
  • Provide feedback to the management team
  • Upsell and provide information on promotions, functions and loyalty program
  • Provide accurate and timely information when on all aspects of the Clubs day-to-day operations
  • Ensure that rostered staff are on duty at all times
  • Ensure reporting duties are completed

Skills and experience

  • Experience working in a Club environment. Cashier experience highly regarded
  • Valid RSA/RCG
  • Proven experience in dealing with difficult situations
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in adhering to policies and procedures
  • Ability to make sound decisions and judgments in demanding situations
