We also take care of our personal and institutional online trading customers. Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team supports the full spectrum of customers' needs from start-up businesses to institutional customers, including product management, analytics and customer strategy.

Do work that matters:

Accountable for the development of our agentic self-service capabilities whilst simultaneously managing the integration of CBA's most complex eCommerce customers, you will lead and define the product vision, goals and end-to-end development of the product roadmap, ensuring maximum output and quality from the squad. Apply domain expertise to support prioritisation and successful achievement of business and squad objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the eCommerce crews agentic roadmap, and engagement with senior stakeholders/ business units to manage the delivery.
  • Lead an integrated squad responsible for white glove integration service for high value merchant clients.
  • Manage the merchant lifecycle, implementing improvements as required.
  • Ensure customers, developers and suppliers have the support they require and problems resolved.
  • Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations.
  • Act as the voice of the business and translate this for the team.
  • Drive project exploration and inception to ensure alignment of product strategy.
  • Formulate hypotheses to validate customer problems and define clear learning objectives that will inform product roadmap and prioritisation decisions.
  • Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance across streams of work.
  • Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design.
  • Maintain a healthy prioritised Backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
  • Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that priorities are understood and agreed to.
  • Manage the squad's performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Have proven Product Owner / Digital experience
  • Experience with agentic agent development, digital, acquiring/issuing, payments or eCommerce preferred
  • Great team leader with experience leading client services or technical support teams.
  • Are strong communicators, both Verbal and Written.
  • A curiosity for all-things-digital, monitoring the latest technology trends.
  • Developed thought leadership, decision making and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience in liaising with a range of stakeholders from senior managers to technical developer teams.
  • Highly analytical skills with a strong commercial acumen.
