**About the role**

The Platform Product Owner leads cross-functional squads within a specific Platform to deliver products and outcomes that meet our customers' needs and deliver business value, in line with risk appetite. They represent a step-change in how we prioritise work and maintain a safe, secure and scalable platform. Platform Product Owners leverage a unique set of skills to set clear missions, prioritise work, and enable their Squads.
- This role relates to our new Policy Administration System - Duck Creek Platform._

**What you'll do**
- Manage the delivery of major projects and enhancements to the platform
- Discovery and experimentation of ideas and delivering solutions to internal customers
- Responsible for product roadmaps and asset management of platform assets
- Partner with executive leaders to drive strategic agenda
- Manage the platform backlog, ensuring outcomes are delivered
- Build senior client relationships and partner with Platform Leads to drive the strategic agenda

**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years technology experience with 3+ years' experience in leading teams
- Experience with enterprise level Policy Administration is required (Duck Creek is nice to have)
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities including fostering productive team dynamics and coaching
- Experienced technology background and foundational asset knowledge
- Excellent relationship building, communication and influencing abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical skills in managing change and run of technology assets
