This role oversees and contributes to the day-to-day management and optimization of ecommerce platforms through strategic planning, execution, and direction across Australia and New Zealand.

The eCommerce Operations Manager drives online marketing campaigns that boost traffic and sales.

Responsibilities include executing ecommerce aspects of launches, monitoring performance, and reporting back on results.

Additionally, this role assists with onsite merchandising, ensures product and pricing accuracy, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

To be successful, you'll need a degree in Marketing or eCommerce, at least 2 years of experience in eCommerce, Marketing, and/or Business, and expertise in ecommerce Platforms and Google Analytics.
