Platform Product Owner

**About the role**

We're looking for a Platform Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of a key digital platform focused on testing and analytics technologies (e.g. Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics). You'll own the product roadmap, align priorities with business goals, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes. Collaborating with Platform and Delivery Leads, you'll ensure seamless execution, clear priorities, and continuous improvement — driving measurable value for both customers and the business.

**What you'll do**
- Manage and refine the product roadmap to align with strategic goals and customer needs
- Collaborate on backlog refinement and prioritisation to ensure initiatives deliver maximum value
- Oversee integration and use of Adobe Target to optimise user experience and outcomes
- Drive effective implementation of Adobe Analytics for actionable insights and data-led decisions
- Act as the key contact for all product-related stakeholder engagement
- Support critical incident management and product updates as part of on-call responsibilities

**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years technology experience with 3+ years' experience in leading people & teams
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities including fostering productive team dynamics and coaching
- Experienced technology background and foundational asset knowledge
- Excellent relationship building, communication and influencing abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical skills in managing change and run of technology assets
- Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
