As a seasoned Product Owner, you will lead the development of our cutting-edge e-commerce platform integration.

This role involves overseeing the development of agentic self-service capabilities, ensuring seamless interactions between customers, developers, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A background in digital product ownership or experience with agentic agent development is highly desirable.

About This Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing an e-commerce product roadmap to drive maximum output and quality from the team.
  • Managing the merchant lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as required.
  • Providing exceptional customer support, addressing escalations, and driving decisions to resolve impediments.
  • Fostering collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring alignment of product strategy, and driving project exploration and inception.
  • Formulating hypotheses to validate customer problems, defining clear learning objectives, and informing product roadmap and prioritization decisions.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Product Ownership or Digital.
  • A background in agentic agent development, digital, acquiring/issuing, payments, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Strong team leadership skills, with experience leading client services or technical support teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A curiosity for all-things-digital, monitoring the latest technology trends.
