Job Description: The ANZ Managing Director

It plans to establish a local operations team in Australia, focusing on recruiting people with sales backgrounds. The ANZ Managing Director, with a strong interest in AI-powered hardware, will be responsible for:

• Developing a market entry strategy that integrates online and offline channels from scratch
• Managing customer service
• Gathering market feedback

The company will be registered and operated locally in compliance with regulations, offering competitive compensation and equity incentives.

• The project is entrepreneurial in nature, directly promoted and funded by the founder, with no reliance on external financing and strong resource security.

Business Models and Team Planning

• Set up a local company in Australia, register a brand, and establish a sales system that promotes social media and combines offline experiences.
• Initial Australian team: Focus on sales + customer service; China supports R&D and marketing. Over time, core functions like data centers, R&D, and design will migrate to Australia for truly local operations.
• Sales model: Explore innovative online and offline integration, mainly B2C, unlike current mainstream pure online or traditional distribution channels.

Job Requirements and Talent Profile

• Recruit a local Australian leader to build a sales and service system from scratch, with real-world experience from zero to one.
• Candidates should have:
• Strong interest in AI and smart hardware
• Long-term belief in their potential
• Recognition of the industry's future prospects
• Must have a sales background, familiarity with the local market, consumer behavior, laws and regulations, cost structure, and online sense.
• Priority for those with experience in hardware or machinery product sales (50%+ experience match), not necessarily from the same industry.
• Must have both online digital marketing and offline channel implementation capabilities and be able to lead innovative market entry strategy design and execution.

Corporate Establishment and Compliance Considerations

• Company will be legally registered in Australia, comply with local regulations, set up an ABN, and require an Australian citizen or permanent resident as a director.
• If not yet established, recruitment may begin via dispatch or advisory contracts to protect candidate rights.
• Local lawyers have been hired for compliance consultation, emphasizing openness to Australian law and avoiding "Chinese-style management" transplant.
