What you’ll be doing

- Own the Managing Director’s agenda and keep priorities moving.

- Source and qualify new prospects across Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors.

- Manage CRM and keep the sales pipeline clean and up to date.

- Follow up with leads and support meetings, proposals, and presentations.

- Free up the MD’s time so he can focus on market development and scaling BUCOF.

What you bring

- You’re studying or recently graduated in business, construction, engineering, or a related field.

- You’re proactive, commercially curious, and hungry to learn.

- You’re organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage competing priorities.

- You want to build commercial skills in construction project management and business development.

BUCOF helps construction contractors fix distressed projects and protect their businesses through real‑time project controls. As our first BD support hire, you’ll play a direct role in that mission — making sure we reach the right contractors, open doors, and deliver audits that prevent project failure.

BUCOF’s long‑term SaaS‑enabled project control model means you’ll be part of building something bigger than consulting alone.

The first 6 months are make‑or‑break for BUCOF. That means this is a fast‑paced role where momentum matters — you’ll learn quickly and contribute from day one.
