Our boutique firm currently has an opportunity for an organised and forward-thinking individual to provide legal support to our small team of lawyers.

As the right-hand person assisting our lawyers to manage the practice, you will have a positive, solution focused attitude and enjoy taking ownership and initiative. You will proactively stay one step ahead of your lawyers so they can focus on the legal work, whilst you drive the operations and support side. Key responsibilities:
Client, practice and matter management
- Onboarding of new clients
- Assisting with client queries - directing them as appropriate
- Supporting the team with file progress
- Assisting with the preparation of documents as required

Team organisational support
- Diary management
- Ad hoc administrative support including electronic filing
- Assisting the team as required.

Key skills and experience
- A minimum of 1 years' secretary, administrative or office management experience is preferred but not necessary
- Experience working in a high volume environment
- A keen eye with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and an ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Demonstrated ability to pick up new technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated teamwork/ collaboration skills plus ability to work independently
- A professional and polished presentation with clear and concise communication

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
