We currently have an opportunity for a customer focused Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Summer Hill Support Office. This is an onsite role with parking, walking distance from all public transport.

**Your role and responsibilities will include**:

- Administrative duties within the Marketing/Merchandising team
- Helping to ensure all marketing deadlines are met.
- Assist in the development of in store promotional material (including price tickets and posters).
- Helping to proof catalogue artwork.
- Assisting with the posting of social media content.
- Uploading artwork to company websites.
- Maintaining an up-to-date record of store poster requirements.
- Coordinating the in-store music system.
- Help ensure all aspects of the website are up to date.
- Answer and action marketing requests and queries from stores.
- Liaising with Regional and Area Managers.

**Key competencies to succeed in the role include**:

- Retail experience is essential.
- Relevant marketing qualifications ideal, but not essential.
- Strong administrative experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards are a must.
- Customer service-focused attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
