- Oversee budgets, reporting, and compliance with policies.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated leadership experience in program coordination, preferably within education or youth-focused programs, including remote areas.
- Ability to build strong relationships and act as a positive role model for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring a small team.
- Excellent communication skills with students, schools, families, and partners.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for youth development, education, sport, and community engagement.
Experience in education, sport coaching, youth work, or community development is highly valued.
Why Join Us?
- Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men.
- Join a supportive, energetic, and team-focused workplace.
- Access ongoing training, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.
- Competitive salary and benefits, including salary packaging.
- 12 weeks paid annual leave per year.
