About the Role:
As the Teacher you will provide a high-quality Educational School-Readiness program through discussion and critical reflection with your Educational Leader, and Co-Educators. You will be able to develop and foster relationships with families to contribute to the decision making of their child's learning and wellbeing.
You will:
- Plan and implement high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs for children
- Provide leadership and guidance to other educators in the centre
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and co-educators
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's development and progress
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children within the room.
- Contribute to the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
- Promote positive and collaborative culture and values of the organisation through open fair and transparent decision-making and ethical, professional behaviour.
About You:
- Friendly, Reliable and a Team Player.
- This position requires a relevant Australian Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching or equivalent. (ACECQA Approved)
- Proven experience as a teacher in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with families and staff.
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Regulatory requirements.
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, and relevant certifications.
