Job description

Keystone Counselling and Coordination offers a range of services under NDIS funding including support coordination and counselling.

We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Support Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The role of Coordinator of Supports is to support participants of the NDIS to connect to a range of services and supports including mainstream, community and disability in ways which are meaningful and beneficial to the participant. The ideal applicant will find this position interesting and rewarding and be able to work collaboratively with participants of the NDIS and other service providers.

Selection Criteria.

  • Previous experience with the NDIS and/or disability services is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to support individuals with complex needs.
  • Experience in working with other sectors, disciplines and specialist services is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to be client-focused and work collaboratively with participants and stakeholders.
  • Applicants must possess good problem-solving, communication, listening, writing and planning skills.
  • Applicants should have the ability to self-motivate, complete tasks within set time frames, manage caseload and work within a team as well as autonomously.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Applicants will be subject to a referee, Working with Children's and NDIS Quality and Safeguard Worker Screening Check.
  • Current NSW Driver's License.
