Business Development Manager – Trade & Construction Equipment Brisbane & Southeast Queensland | Full-time

Join a fast-growing equipment solutions business supporting the construction and surface preparation industry. We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our customer base across Southeast Queensland and build long-term partnerships with contractors, trades and industry partners.

This role suits someone who loves being out in the field, enjoys winning new business, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Grow the territory through proactive prospecting, cold calling and site visits
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and convert equipment sales opportunities through demos and follow-up
  • Manage your pipeline, quotes and CRM activity to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with marketing to convert inbound leads and create opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, industrial or trade-focused products
  • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
  • Enjoys autonomy, proactive by nature, and driven to exceed targets
  • Ability to manage territory, plan visits and follow through on commitments
  • Customer-first mindset and professional approach
