JFK Custom Homes is a boutique custom home builder based in Belmont, known for crafting high-quality homes across the Perth Hills and surrounding areas. We take on a limited number of builds per year, allowing us to focus on detail, design, and delivering an exceptional experience for our clients — and our team.

We're currently seeking an experienced Estimator/Scheduler to join our close-knit team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Estimating full-scope custom residential homes
  • Scheduling trades, suppliers, and materials end-to-end
  • Coordinating construction timelines with the builder
  • Managing projects through Buildern (or similar)
  • Communicating clearly with the team to support a smooth build process

What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential estimating and/or scheduling
  • Background in custom home construction (timber frame experience highly regarded)
  • Strong organisation, initiative, and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Buildern or similar systems preferred
