About the Role: Estimator

We're looking for a driven and detail-focused Estimator who's ready to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves the nuts and bolts of construction, enjoys solving challenges, and wants to contribute to something bigger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate take-offs, scope of works, and Bills of Quantities
  • Manage the end-to-end tender process with precision and professionalism
  • Source, assess, and negotiate vendor and subcontractor quotes
  • Collaborate closely with Management to align with business goals
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Create smart and practical construction methodology statements and programs
  • Keep projects financially healthy with detailed budgeting and analysis
  • Identify efficiencies and deliver solutions that exceed tender targets
  • Tackle challenges head-on with strategic thinking and clear communication

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in estimating and a deep understanding of construction methodologies
  • Strong working knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and standards
  • Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt and thrive both independently and within a team
  • Solid proficiency with estimating software and construction tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • A meticulous eye for detail and passion for delivering quality documentation
