About the Role

Lane Industries Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with strong project management capabilities to join our team in O'Connor. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in estimating and managing refurbishments and supermarket fitouts, with proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project timelines and budgets, overseeing cash flows, and ensuring feasibility of projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions

· Conduct feasibility studies and manage project cash flows

· Oversee end-to-end project delivery for refurbishments and fitouts

· Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

· Utilise Jobman 2, Microsoft Project, Trello, and Fishbowl for project management and reporting

· Lead and mentor team members, ensuring quality and safety standards are met

Skills & Experience

· Minimum 15 years' experience in construction estimating and project management

· Proven track record in supermarket fitouts and commercial refurbishments

· Strong understanding of cash flow management and project feasibility

· Proficiency in Jobman 2, Microsoft Project, Trello, and Fishbowl

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
