About The People Team
With a presence across all our offices, our People team brings together HR generalists and specialists across HR Management, Capability and Development, Talent Acquisition, DE+I and Wellbeing, and HR Support. We are a collaborative and high-performing team, committed to partnering with the business and each other to achieve the best outcomes
About The Role
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager who is adaptable, people-focused and collaborative to join our People Team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you'll partner with our Legal and Operational teams to deliver people solutions that support innovation, growth and exceptional performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Working closely with partners, leaders and colleagues across our firm, you'll provide practical, people-centred advice and help shape an outstanding employee experience.
In This Role, You Will
- Partner with leaders and People team experts to deliver end-to-end HR support – from recruitment and onboarding to diversity and inclusion, development, performance and exits
- Coach and advise on all people matters, helping leaders make confident, informed decisions
- Lead and contribute to firm-wide projects and initiatives – from HR technology upgrades and AI-driven process improvements to engagement and culture programs
- Support workforce planning, capability development and succession discussions
- Provide people analytics and insights to guide business decisions
- Contribute to diverse projects that foster innovation and collaboration, strengthen culture and drive innovation
We offer flexibility in how and where you work. Whether that's hybrid working, adjusted hours or other arrangements, we'll help you find a way of working that suits you and the team.
You'll have autonomy, with the support of a collaborative and inclusive high-performing team that values creativity, initiative and getting things done.
About You
You're an experienced and confident HR professional who brings energy, curiosity and professionalism to everything you do. You are pragmatic, act with integrity and make balanced, well-considered decisions.
You'll Bring
- Broad generalist HR experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Proven ability to build trust and influence at senior levels
- Experience working with specialist teams (Talent, Capability, Reward, DE+I) to deliver seamless outcomes
- Strong skills in employee relations, workforce planning and change
- An interest in innovation, AI and technology-enabled HR practices
- Ability to use HR systems and data analytics to drive insight and improvement
- A focus on culture, inclusion, wellbeing and talent development
- Excellent communication, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Sound judgement, discretion and resilience under pressure
- A collaborative mindset, a growth orientation and a sense of humour
You're proactive, adaptable and motivated by making a real difference. You bring ideas, challenge the status quo and love being part of a team that embraces innovation, celebrates success and enjoys working together.
What We Offer
- A progressive, people-first culture that values innovation, inclusion and collaboration
- Hybrid and flexible work options to support balance and wellbeing
- Access to career development and leadership programs
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a leading, forward-thinking firm that's redefining what legal workplaces can be
- A team that is considered a trusted partner to the business, respected for our insights, commercial acumen, professionalism and judgement
- Top of market remuneration and a range of benefits including 26 weeks paid parental leave, additional annual leave, subsidised café and gym membership, end of trip facilities, exclusive retail discounts, social events and much more, which you can view here:
- Beautiful sunlit open-plan offices with panoramic views of the city and easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafes and exercise facilities.
