As we invest in a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse in Lake Macquarie, we're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our new Distribution Centre and ensure every order hits the right place at the right time — every time.

About the Role

You'll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations — from inbound and outbound logistics to team development and systems optimisation. You'll drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement to support our growing retail and e-commerce channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations across receiving, storage, and dispatch.
  • Maintain strong performance across DIFOT, accuracy, and productivity KPIs.
  • Champion system accuracy (CIN7 Core) and refine processes for efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with a safety-first mindset.
  • Analyse performance data to identify workflow and automation opportunities.

About You

You're an experienced warehouse or logistics leader who loves getting results through people and process. You balance operational discipline with a practical, hands-on approach and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.

You'll bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (CIN7 Core, SKUStack, PeopleVox or similar).
  • Proven ability to build efficient, engaged, and safety-conscious teams.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for doing things better, faster, and smarter.
