About the role…

As Warehouse Manager, you'll be at the heart of a fast-moving operation where your decisions shape the daily flow of goods across Australia. This is more than just managing stock, you'll lead a team, drive real-time data decisions, fine-tune our systems, and be hands-on in a dynamic, FMCG style environment. What you will do….

• Lead, mentor, and manage all daily warehouse operations, workflows, and technology with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Drive effective use of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor orders, track staff KPIs, and maintain real-time visibility of inventory
• Oversee team performance through active coaching, training, and daily task delegation, fostering accountability, growth, and engagement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and WHS requirements, promoting a culture of care and operational discipline
• Manage B2B, B2C, and bulk distribution processes to ensure accurate, efficient, and on-time fulfilment across all channels
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Support Manager and COO/CFO to align warehouse operations with broader business goals
• Analyse data and performance trends to forecast needs, identify bottlenecks, and continuously enhance productivity and service
• Champion operational excellence, driving accuracy, efficiency, and a high-performance team culture that supports Caruso's mission to help Australians live healthier, happier lives

To be successful in this role, you need to:

• Proven experience managing warehouse teams (FMCG or health industry desirable)
• Strong WMS experience and confidence in interpreting KPI data
• Excellent team leadership, performance management, and communication skills
• Sound understanding of WHS and inventory control practices
• Forklift license and practical experience in a warehouse setting
• Confidence using ERP/WMS integrations and tools like Excel or MYOB
