At The Louve Skin Clinic, we're known for our calm, refined, and detail-driven approach to aesthetics. We're looking for a confident and creative person to join our team as our new Marketing Assistant & Receptionist- someone who can deliver an exceptional client experience at the front desk, while also helping to bring our brand to life online.

About the Role

This role combines reception and client-facing administration with hands-on marketing and content creation. You'll work closely with our Clinic Director and Clinical Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while managing social media, content, and digital marketing activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reception & Administration

  • Welcoming clients and managing check-ins, bookings, and payments
  • Handling calls, emails, and appointment enquiries
  • Maintaining a polished and organised clinic environment
  • Supporting the team to ensure a seamless client experience

Marketing & Content

  • Managing social media scheduling, posting, and engagement
  • Assisting with email marketing, automations and monthly campaign planning
  • Capturing and editing photos/videos for social media and website use
  • Updating website content as needed
  • Contributing to ideas that enhance client experience and brand storytelling
  • Creation of graphics
  • Overall marketing strategy

About You

You're professional, organised, and naturally warm with client, but also have a creative side that loves aesthetics, design, and marketing. You're confident behind the front desk, proactive when tasks arise, and thrive in an environment where detail, beauty, and brand consistency matter.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in reception, admin, or customer service (preferably in beauty, health, or aesthetics)
  • Interest or experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
  • Confidence using Canva, Capcut and email platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Strong written communication and visual eye for brand presentation
  • Initiative, reliability, and an ability to work independently

Hours: 14 per week (Wednesday 9–5:30 pm, Saturday 8–1 pm)
