Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Construction located in Sydney, NSW. The Head of Construction will oversee all aspects of construction management, including project planning, execution, and completion. Daily tasks include budget management, project control, procurement, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget, while upholding the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Construction Management and Project Management skills
- Experience in Budgeting and Project Control
- Proficiency in Procurement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
