Department:   Risk Management Department

Reporting To:   Deputy Head of Risk Management Department

Background

This role is to support the Risk Management Department across Credit, Market (incl Liquidity), and Operational Risk.

Responsibilities


• Assist in writing Head Office credit risk analysis reports - primarily provision of credit data analysis;


• Monthly monitoring of branch's customer concentration and industry concentration -providing credit data analysis;


• Customer credit rating review form preparation and system processing;


• Credit Stress Testing;


• Head Office Quarterly provision calculation reporting;


• Head Office Quarterly International loan reporting;


• Head Office Quarterly Major exposure related information;


• Support the existing Funds Transfer Pricing ("FTP") framework, processes and policy, including;

  • Including collation of rates;
  • Coordination of weekly meeting; and
  • Publishing of prevailing FTP.


• Implementation, maintenance and use of the CCBS EVA model;


• Assist in collateral management;


• Maintain and coordinate Breach & Incident reporting as incidents are reported;


• Support Head Office Operational risk reporting requirements;


• Support and Assist with the Quarterly RCSA process;


• Assist with Market & Liquidity related activities as required;


• Assist DDH of RMD and CRO as requested.

Skills and Experiences


• Must have minimum 3 years' working experience in Australian banking industry or financial institutions;


• Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin;


• Must have strong analytical thinking and solid understanding of internal controls and risk management frameworks;


• Complete a degree in business related discipline, preferably to be a chartered accountant, CPA or with other equivalent qualifications;


• Have the capability to work independently and have high level of organisational skills to manage a heavy workload;


• Have exceptional communication and coordination skills to work effectively and efficiently with stakeholders.
