What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Keeping inventory records accurate
  • Updating systems (Pronto, Excel, the usual suspects)
  • Making sure backorders are tracked and communicated
  • Liaising with the customer service team and head office
  • Getting documentation where it needs to go
  • Supporting the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day information

If you've got 2–3 years of warehouse admin experience, strong communication skills, private transport, and you're the type who turns up consistently… you'll slot in seamlessly.
