  • Incorporate accessibility and inclusivity principles (e.g., font choices, contrast, readability) into learning material designs.

  • Support quality assurance checks, ensuring learning materials are free of errors and visually aligned with brand standards.

  • Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to learning and development, contributing fresh ideas to improve learner engagement.

Graphics and interactive content design

  • Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print platforms, aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Design interactive content (e.g., clickable PDFs, interactive presentations, micro-learning modules) to enhance user engagement.

  • Develop social media visuals and animations (e.g., GIFs, short-form videos, reels) to support marketing and learning campaigns.

  • Assist in UI/UX design tasks, creating simple wireframes, mockups, and design elements for web or mobile platforms.

  • Produce custom illustrations, icons, and infographics to simplify complex information.

  • Support the creation of motion graphics and animations for use in explainer videos, e-learning, and presentations.

  • Ensure responsive design principles are applied so graphics and interactive content display correctly across devices.

  • Maintain and update visual asset libraries, ensuring consistency across projects and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with developers and content creators to integrate visuals into interactive platforms and digital learning tools.

  • Continuously explore new design trends and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, After Effects, Canva) to bring innovative ideas into projects.
