Creative Designer

**About this opportunity**:
We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer with at least 1 year of commercial experience to join our team. If you’re hoping to take the next step in your career, explore your creativity and expand your skillset all while being part of a collaborative, supportive, tight-knit team that share your passion for all things design, this is your opportunity.

You will be combining your creativity and technical skills to create both digital and print material, working with the team to deliver high-quality creative solutions in an efficient manner.

Every day is a little differentSome days you’ll be burning through the day-to-day workflow, others you will designing multi-channel national campaigns or coming up with on-brand creative concepts.

Show your innovative and flexible creativity and make great design work across different platforms. We’re looking for someone with well-rounded skills, where you’re confident with all things digital and happy to work across more traditional media types. We’d also hope that excellent attention to detail, strong time management, proficiency in both verbal and written communication and a fun sense of humour would round out your skill set.

**As part of the creative team you will be working on**:

- Website, social & eDM assets.
- Digital / HTML5 banners.
- Small and large format billboards / OOH.
- Motion Graphics & Video Content.
- LED & Static signage.
- Events and venue collateral.
- Newspaper advertising and other print materials.
- Merchandise.
- Plus various other brand and marketing material.

**Key Skills we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or similar.
- 1+ years proven design experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (especially PS / AI / ID).
- After Effects / HTML5 / Google Web Designer skills preferred but not essential.
- Confidence working within Branding Guidelines.
- Amazing attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills.
- A personable team player.

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience working in the wagering industry
- A keen interest in sport
