The role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to be a creative driver across Coronation and Nation. This role balances craft and strategy — creating design that's not only beautiful but purposeful, delivering commercial outcomes while elevating brand equity.

It's a role for someone ready to step beyond the agency model — owning ideas from concept through to impact, and seeing their work shape how people live, work, and connect every day.

What you'll do

  • Guard and evolve the Coronation and Nation brand identities across all touchpoints
  • Develop campaign creative, sub-brands, and design assets across print, digital, social, and environmental channels
  • Produce high-quality motion and social content that reflects Nation's premium lifestyle positioning
  • Design and roll out EDMs, brochures, signage, reports, and presentations
  • Support website and app updates, partnering with developers on UX/UI improvements
  • Deliver placemaking collateral and on-site branding that enhance resident and community experiences
  • Create and maintain brand templates and toolkits to embed consistency across the business

What we're looking for

  • 5–7 years' experience in graphic design, ideally across lifestyle, property, hospitality, or cultural industries
  • Proven ability to design for both corporate and lifestyle brands
  • Strong digital design skills (social, web, motion, EDM) and Adobe Creative Suite mastery
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS a plus
  • Confident presenting design concepts and influencing brand expression
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and able to juggle multiple projects with precision
