The Opportunity

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to bring our brands to life across print, digital, and in-venue touchpoints. You'll own day-to-day production (menus, social assets, campaign collateral) while contributing fresh concepts that elevate our guest experience and keep our visuals sharp, consistent, and on-brand.

What you'll do

• Menu Design & Updates: Design and update menus for all ESCA venues; deliver accurate, print-ready and digital files on time, maintaining layout, typography, and brand consistency. Collaborate with Marketing team on print and distribution timelines.
• Social & Digital Assets: Create weekly asset packs including static posts, stories, reels templates, and paid media assets. Adapt designs for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, digital screens, websites, and EDMs—optimised for speed, format, and size.
• Event & Campaign Creative: Build end-to-end collateral—posters, flyers, menus, out-of-home displays, and digital variants—delivered ahead of launch with smart variations for channel and format.
• Creative Collaboration: Join briefs with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant; keep assets version-controlled and neatly organised for handover.
• Brand Consistency & Innovation: Uphold brand guidelines across all venues while introducing thoughtful, trend-aware improvements and maintaining a library of templates for efficiency.

What you'll bring

• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and storytelling across print and digital.
• Fluency with Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma/Canva (bonus).
• Experience designing for hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands (menus + social a plus).
• Comfort working in a fast, collaborative environment with clear deadlines and priorities.
• A portfolio that shows brand guardianship, versatility, and production excellence. Please note that to be considered, a portfolio must be submitted and a small assessment will be required.
• At least 3 years of experience.
