We supply some of the finest cigars and accessories to clients across the country. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team.


Position Overview:

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations including receiving inventory, organising stock, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and secure warehouse. Cigar products require care, accuracy, and proper handling — making attention to detail a must. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values structure, teamwork, and working with high-quality goods.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect shipments of cigars and accessories
  • Organize and store inventory in climate-controlled environments
  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care
  • Repackaging of client orders where required
  • Maintain quality control standards for premium cigar handling
  • Assist with inventory audits and stock rotation
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and secure
  • Follow all health, safety, and tobacco compliance guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 25kgs and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Dependable, punctual, and a team player
  • Comfortable using inventory systems and barcode scanners
