About Us

We are a fast-growing force in the serviced apartments markets with a rapidly growing national an international footprint. Our portfolio of serviced apartments and hospitality offerings is rapidly scaling, and we are looking for an ambitious Sales Director to drive growth, build partnerships, and strengthen our presence across Australia and abroad.


The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director with proven success in the hotel and serviced apartment industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can deliver strong sales results, build key industry relationships, and lead revenue growth across both corporate and leisure segments.

This is a hybrid and flexible position with only two days per week in our Alexandria, Sydney office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

You will be working closely with the director and various stakeholders to achieve the goals


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth nationally and internationally.
  • Leverage existing hotel and serviced apartment industry contacts to generate new partnerships and accounts.
  • Lead negotiations and secure corporate, government, and leisure contracts.
  • Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Report on performance metrics, sales forecasts, and pipeline development.
  • Regular travel (both national and international) to meet clients, attend events, and grow market share.

About You
  • Proven track record in sales leadership within the hotel and/or serviced apartment industry.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to leverage them to create opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Australia and internationally.
