The Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with proven injectable skills and an existing patient base—or the confidence and ambition to build one—to lead and develop our cosmetic injectables offering.

You will:

  • Work autonomously within your scope, consulting, administering injectables, and managing your patient list end-to-end
  • Benefit from a strong in-house patient base and premium CBD visibility to accelerate growth
  • Collaborate closely with our practice manager and dental team to encourage cross-referrals and elevate patient experience
  • Uphold exceptional standards of safety, documentation, sterilisation, compliance, and after-care consistent with our long-standing reputation

This role is ideal for an RN who wants ownership, flexibility, and the earning potential that only a commission-based structure can offer.

    This model enables an experienced injector to significantly increase monthly earnings compared with salary or bonus-based roles.

What We're Looking For
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments
  • Strong competency in anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and lip fillers
  • Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and retain your own patient base (or clear ambition to do so)
  • Excellent consultation and communication skills, with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and natural aesthetic outcomes
  • Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
