Business Development Manager – Aesthetics Industry

Location: New South Wales (Sydney – multiple territories available)

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a scaling company in the aesthetics industry, ahead of a major product launch in early 2026. We are seeking two Business Development Managers to join an expanding national sales team.

These roles are pivotal in driving the success of a highly anticipated new product launch in the Australian aesthetics market. You'll be responsible for managing and growing key territories across Sydney, working closely with clinics, doctors, and nurse injectors to promote a premium portfolio of aesthetic products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, clinics, and nurse injectors.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.

About You

  • Demonstrated sales experience.
  • Experience in the aesthetics, medical device, or cosmeceutical sectors is highly desirable.
  • Nursing background (especially with injecting experience) is a plus.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Current driver's license required.
