The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist who shares our passion for outstanding patient care. What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their entire visit
  • Manage appointments and patient scheduling with precision and efficiency
  • Coordinate treatment plans and payment plans with patients
  • Process health insurance claims and manage billing accurately
  • Maintain patient records and follow-up communications using Dentally software
  • Handle phone inquiries with care and discretion
  • Support our clinical team in delivering seamless patient experiences
What You Bring

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years of dental reception experience
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a busy practice environment
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn practice management software quickly
  • Warmth and empathy when interacting with all patients
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with Dentally software

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (specific hours to be discussed during interview)
