About Horizon Dental – Sydney CBD

After 42 years of dedicated service, our previous owner is retiring, and we are now seeking a long-term associate to join our close-knit team.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated dentist who is hungry to grow, confident in delivering high-quality dentistry, and eager to build a thriving book in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Begin with Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the clear potential to expand to full-time
  • Manage and grow your own patient base with autonomy and clinical freedom
  • Join a practice that routinely completes 3–5 large aesthetic ceramic Smile Design cases per week
  • Access immediate mentorship, guidance, and exposure to complex aesthetic and ceramic workflows
  • Provide general, cosmetic, restorative, and endodontic care to a loyal, longstanding patient base

Candidates with experience practicing in Sydney are highly desirable, given the fast-paced environment and discerning patient expectations.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who wants to elevate their cosmetic dentistry confidence and case load rapidly, with strong mentorship and systems already in place.
