We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetics Trainer to join our prestigious team in Baulkham Hills Sydney. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables, dermal fillers, and other advanced techniques.
  • Provide hands-on training and supervision to students, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and knowledge to practice safely and effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in the aesthetics industry to maintain cutting-edge training programs.
  • Work closely with the curriculum development team to enhance and update course materials as needed.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their certification.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming training environment, ensuring all students receive an exceptional educational experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be a qualified Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with a current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in aesthetics.
  • Proven experience in delivering training or mentoring in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
