Hunter St. Hospitality, is eagerly seeking motivated & experienced Chef De Partie who are passionate about food and produce and who want to work in a fast paced, elegant, and awarded restaurant.

We are a team of hospitality professionals and want to meet enthusiastic, likeminded people to join our dining group.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work at Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney.

What we are looking for:

2+ years' experience in fine dining or hatted venues
Consistently display a positive "can do" attitude
Experience in a busy and professional environment
Organised with a love for well executed food
Mise en place and breakdown
Section management
Course completion of use hygienic practices for food safety and participate in safe food handling practices
Show high attention to detail
Be punctual and reliable
The ability to work as part of an energetic team
Display an engaging personality
Be professional, committed, and loyal
Monday to Saturday roster across Lunch and Dinner
