**Telesales Representative **to join our team based in Sydney, NSW full-time.

We foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and professional development for our employees. We are looking for a Telesales Representative to expand and join our team to grow professionally and collaboratively in Sydney.

**The Role**:

- Field all inbound calls to the business to introduce them to our products
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Work closely with field sales reps regarding appointments and quotations
- Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospective customers
- Negotiation and closing of deals
- Record and manage customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system for proper tracking and reporting.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Generation of paperwork and processing deposits daily

- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role, selling products valued at $20-50K and with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain product specifications.
- Positive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with simPRO or other CRM software is a plus
- Previous experience or interest in the building or construction industry is advantageous.
