Established in 2005 Ceylon Exchange strives to provide excellent service for the Individual and Small business clientele for all their foreign exchange and international money transfer needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and hardworking individual that will take up the casual position of Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Understand and promote our products including International money transfer, Foreign currency exchange and Gold/Silver bullion to customers
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their enquiries, process transactions and resolve complaints
  • Assist in all operational aspects of the office including marketing, compliance and administration
  • Address customer satisfaction issues promptly
  • Meet goals and metrics

Requirements:

  • Currently completing or completed a Diploma/Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or related fields
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Tech-savvy
  • Great phone manners
  • Excellent organisational skills and punctuality
  • Results driven and customer focused
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

This is a casual role for 3 days a week with a potential for permanent position in future. Must pass background criminal and credit checks.
